Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, all returns must be requested within two (2) days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Important:

Customers are required to record a clear unpacking video at the time of opening the package. This video is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or incorrect product. The video must be shared with us via email at iznayab1@gmail.com

RETURN PROCESS

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at iznayab1@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery along with:

• Your order details
• Reason for return/exchange
• Unpacking video proof

Place the item securely in its original packaging before sending it back.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately after inspection.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• Request is made after 2 days of delivery
• Unpacking video is not provided
• Item is used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags
